Eligibility
If you are a regular full-time Associate of CES you are eligible to participate in the CES Benefits Program on your first day of employment. CES pays 80% of the premium and our Associates pay the remaining 20%. As a new hire, you have the option to enroll yourself and/or your eligible dependents in CES’s benefits program. If you do not enroll within 30 days of your initial eligibility period, you will not have an opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period.

If you don’t enroll by the date when your benefits will go into effect, you will not have the opportunity to do so until the next open enrollment period, unless you have a Qualifying Life Event.​

Eligible dependents include: (1) Your spouse or domestic partner; and (2) Your children up to age 26. Only those dependents who meet the eligibility requirements can enroll for coverage.
