How to Enroll
Visit the dedicated Found enrollment page at joinfound.com/employers/pareto-health. Follow the simple intake process, which takes only a few minutes. Be sure to select "My employer provides Found as a benefit" to ensure access to the program.

Cost and Coverage
The Found program and its core services are provided at no cost to you. However, some services, such as specific medications (like GLP-1s), may involve out-of-pocket costs based on your medical plan (copays or deductibles may apply).
